Welcome to our fabulous cottages which are situated in the heart of England in the beautiful Peak District National Park and Derbyshire.

In addition to providing a fully specialised furnished holiday letting service facility we can also manage sales and purchases.

All our cottages are well located close to local facilities, are extremely well equipped, well maintained and comfortable; so arrive, relax, park your car and your cares and enjoy the holiday that you deserve.

The walks from the doorsteps of all our cottages will take you through some of the most beautiful countryside in the UK.

Dawson's Cottage - sleeps 2 in one double bed, has main bathroom plus en suite shower room, complimentary high speed WiFi, two comfortable sofas, DVD player, off street carparking & outside seating. Conifer Cottage - sleeps up to 4 people in one double bedroom and one twin. This lovely 2 bedroom stone cottage with woodburner is situated about 200 metres from the centre of Youlgreave. Prospect Cottage - sleeps up to 4 people in two double bedrooms. The cottage is Grade 2 listed, detached and is situated on the edge of Wirksworth. Click for Location Map - Please Zoom out (-) to see where we are. Sorry no pets. Children at owners discretion.


Fountainwell Cottage - sleeps up to 5 people in two doubles and one single bedroom. Spacious beamed cottage with oak floored sitting room with woodburner, farmhouse kitchen and secluded rear garden.
