Mid week nights are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday inclusive.

All rates are inclusive of towels, linen, gas, electricity and heating. The only additional charge that we make is for pets and babies which are £25.

For all months apart from July, August, Christmas & New Year  (weekly breaks only) we are flexible on the number of nights booked, subject to a minimum of three which is due to cleaning & laundry costs.  

All prices are fully inclusive of linen, fluffy towels, heating & lighting and utilities. Pets and babies are charged at a one off charge of £25 (Sorry we do not accept pets at Prospect Cottage).
