We have been running our own holiday cottages since 2002 and were initialy approached to manage Hatbox Cottage in 2004 totally out of the blue, our client had seen our growing success with our own cottages.

Having now developed and refined our processes and procedures since acquiring our first property, Thimble Cottage, we now consider that we have an excellent system in place. We have developed a very good reputation and are now interested in expanding our portfolio. 

We charge a flat fee of 20% of the rental income generated.  

We also charge a small annual advertising fee, at cost. This would be in the region of £150.00 per annum and will always be prior agreed with you. The precise cost of this is dependent upon the advertisers we are using at the time.

Within our 20% fee, the service that we provide includes:

• If you require: set up advice for your cottage;
• Advertise your property on the web;
• Deal with all enquiries;
• Be available to take bookings 365 days a year in and outside of office hours;
• Be available to deal with emergencies on your behalf 24 hours a day;
• Organise cleaning - if you require;
• Account to you monthly;
• Annual contract and
• Whilst we insist on sole agency, you may have unlimited use.

We consider our service to be professional, whilst also offering a more personal approach as we are available to take enquiries from early morning until late at night either by telephone or via e-mail.

This ability to respond quickly out of office hours sets us apart as we have found that potential guests expect a swift response otherwise they go elsewhere. It is this flexability that we regard as one of the key elements contributing to our success to date.
